One week since I’m on that diet & I actually lost 2.200 kg I’m so proud so happy & so motivated to keep moving forward I’ll keep this diet tomorrow
So I always said there’s not a better reason or motivation for me to loose weight than “doing it for myself & nobody else” but lately this guy has been making me want to look prettier which somehow means skinnier, for him I mean for captivating him or something like that, so he has become my motivation till I reach my next pair of goals which I’ll start posting as I reach them, I have no final goal actually I just know I wanna lose as many as i can & get fit of course till june/July which means summer or so, hope my plan works from now on, I went to a new nutritionist today cuz well I’m the kind of person who finds it hard to lose weight without discipline or so, so this dr gave me this diet in the which for one week I’ll just have proteins I mean meat,chicken,tuna fish, eggs, & vegetables, never done this before hope it works & I’ll mix it with good excercising routines as well. So good luck for me starting tomorrow :D

I’ve skipped two days but they were good I mean they could have been perfect :(, but they weren’t. Temptation was stronger this time but not the next time I ate chicken wings on Saturday plus I had pizza for dinner & a few chips. Today I had nothing for breakfast & just some beef for lunch & an ice cream. Oh & I did no exercise since Friday!! But I weight myself a few minutes ago & I had a great surprise I lost 2 kgs! Now I’m 78! Hope next week im 76 or less !! Nightt

No doubt , as time goes by I just feel getting weaker in front of food! All those places with fat food used to walk next to now I feel they just scream my name to eat everything!! & but I try to keep strong & for once, accomplish my goal ! I know I can I just gotta make some change to see changes!

I ran for 40 minutes, fast by 5 mins, slow the next 5 & so on. Did some abs.
Btw I realized I love broccoli & zucchini.
Night
Day two was good,feeling proud again. Today I visited the dr & I just found out I’ll probably start wearing glasses for reading, watching tv or so, glasses always look better in skinny faces so yeah hope I loose even more! Then I also went to Zumba lessons which were exhausting but nothing as running outside! About eating…
